The room was a bit small and lacked a good view. The walls were thin, awesome for noise from adjacent rooms and the metro.

This place is superbly located in a bustling tourist area, with two metro stations just a stone's throw away. The service is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available. The rooms are luxurious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff, especially at the reception desk, are friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. The restaurant and bar areas are great for relaxing, and the buffet breakfast is excellent.
This place comes highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a great area with excellent service and amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Opera Faubourg. The staff were helpful and the location was great for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped and I loved the separate shower in the bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was easy to get to all the top tourist locations. The hotel was conveniently close to department stores and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was helpful and accommodating, we had a comfortable stay. The room itself, although a bit small, had comfortable beds and was clean. The breakfast offered plenty of choice, providing a great start to our day.
